This is one of my favorite Bible promises. Let me show you five ways that God has His angels preparing the steps of your journey! 

A wintry day at the beach displayed the contrast between moving and frozen waves. See how this teaches us that things are held in His care. 

How can a cat’s purr be likened to a song of praise unto the Lord?

How would your praise change or intensify if you realized that the Maker of earth and heaven hears your prayers? Well, you say “I know that.” Then does your life reflect it? 

Can you find the hidden image in my photo? I wonder if the Lord ever wonders if we see Him, His creations, His character, goodness, and faithfulness daily? He is not hidden, but waits to be discovered by you. 

One of the sweetest images is to find a kitten or a baby asleep. There is something so precious and innocent about this pose. Surrender. Peace. And to think that through the Word of God, we are given glimpses into the Birth of our Savior, the Baby Jesus. Will you behold Him nestled—not in a feathery bed, but in a humble manger? 

This week’s entry is a Bible study from my modern-day commentary: “The Eternal Love of God.” It’s my invitation to you to come and dive into John 3:16 and to interact with the Babe and the Savior. 

I loved finding this “shooting star” during the Christmas season. Let it lift your eyes toward God—in prayer. 

When the luggage came out, our cat, Jeepers, knew we would be traveling. Getting the bag out was like a “sign” to her, and she wanted to go along. What “signs” does the Lord give us in His Word, and how should we respond to them? Are you getting ready for His return? Are your heavenly bags packed and ready?

Mary declared Christ to be “God my Savior.” Her magnificent goes on to describe the Lord as “mindful” of her. I am always humbled to know that He is mindful of you and me as well. Let this prayer become your own. 

How can we find God in hidden beauty? How can we find His light in our darkening world? Let’s discover how He’s present in the ordinary events of life to show His extraordinary majesty and power.

To me, snow is God’s way of creating a wonderland and making an invitation for us to know Him through His wondrous works. See how I’ve used bridal imagery to draw you to our Savior’s love for your soul.

I loved how an encounter with a deer in the forest became an analogy for how Jesus draws us near. Will you look Him in the eye and accept His invitation to love and grace?

“Longing”. What fills your mind? An emotional or physical need? Or the desire to know the Lord? Did you know God fills every need that you have?
