Wildflowers against a Rocky Mountain backdrop
Wildflowers against a Rocky Mountain backdrop

Be like the birds,

Who sing God’s praises.

Be like the trees,

Who wave in grace.

Be like the wind,

That moves like His Spirit.

Be like the mountain,

That rises toward His face.

Be like the river,

Flowing freely;

Carry His love,

Where ‘ere you go.

For everything in nature,

Is given, to us, to show …

That it gives its whole heart,

It’s “all-in.”

It lifts, stands, or moves,

To reflect faith within.

Be like the flower,

Who blooms in the sunshine.

Be like the eagle,

That soars, so fine.

Be like the butterfly,

Whose journey,

Is a lot, like yours and mine.

Give your whole heart.

Go “all-in.”

Lift your life,

Your hands, your soul,

You’ve been saved,

—From sin.

Stand for Jesus,

Move as He leads;

Love, as He does,

Plant some seeds.

Carry His love,

Where ‘ere you go,

Then His nature,

Will be reflected, to show …

That His Spirit,

Is alive in you.

It is this awakening,

That lets the Son,

Shine through!

Psalm 86:8-10, 12 (VOICE) “O Lord, You stand alone among the other gods; nothing they have done compares to Your wonderful works. 9 O Lord, all the peoples of earth—every nation You established—will come to You, bowing low to worship, and rightly honor Your great name. 10 For You are great, and Your works are wondrous; You are the one True God. … 12 O Lord, my God! I praise You with all that I am. I will rightly honor Your great name forever.”
